Dear 99% of realtors: Game over
Anything a real estate broker can tell a client can now be put online.
Of course, money can still be made but not with the conventional (read: overpaid) approach. Having worked in and around the real-estate industry, I can confidently say that this is a score for the average homebuyer. The NAR has been explicitly involved in the demise of the the housing market so it’s nice to see their power grip loosening!
