Does anyone happen to know any local enthusiasts, instructors, officials, professionals, or experts versed in the topics of:
- net neutrality
- censorship
- free (online) speech
- DMCA
- bandwidth throttling
If so, I’d like to connect with a few other people around aforementioned topics for a project I’m developing.
